Egg Pasta ( Pasta All Uovo)

Ingredientes

  • 250 gm plain flour
  • 2 lrg Large eggs
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp. water

Direcciones

  1. Sift the flour into a heap on a work surface and make a well in the centre.
  2. Put the Large eggs oil and salt into the well and mix together with the fingers.
  3. Gradually work in the flour to create a crumbly dough.
  4. Knead to a hard but pliable dough adding a few drops of water as necessary.
  5. Knead for 10 min till smooth and elastic.
  6. Cover and leave to rise for 1 hour.
  7. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface first in one direction and then in the other continuing till the pasta is paper thin.
  8. Shape and use as requiredMakes 350g
