Egg Sausage Bake

Ingredientes

  • Plain pastry
  • 1 (12 ounce.) pkg. brown and serve sausage, sliced
  • 2 c. Monterey Jack or possibly Swiss cheese (or possibly 1 c. each)
  • 2 ounce. Velveeta cheese in small pcs
  • 6 to 8 Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

Direcciones

  1. Prepare pastry. Roll out and place in ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Put sliced sausage over crust. Sprinkle with cheeses. Combine Large eggs, lowfat milk and seasonings. Pour over cheese and sausage. Bake 25 min.
