Egg Sausage Chile Strata

Ingredientes

  • 3 c. shredded, sharp cheese
  • 1 pound pork sausage
  • 5 slices white bread, buttered
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can green diced chiles
  • 6 Large eggs
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • Salt & pepper

Direcciones

  1. Brown sausage. Cut bread in 1/2 inch cubes. Sprinkle half of bread cubes in 7 x 11 inch baking dish. Cover with half the cheese, sausage and chiles. Repeat. Beat Large eggs. Add in lowfat milk and seasonings. Pour mix over all and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
