Ingredientes

  • 9 or possibly 12 Large eggs
  • 3 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 slices bread, cut into cubes
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 lbs. pork sausage
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. Brown sausage, drain. Beat Large eggs add in lowfat milk, salt, mustard and stir. Add in fresh bread crumbs, sausage, cheese and stir. Put in lightly greased 9 x 13 pan. Cover and chill overnight.
