Ingredientes

  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 6 Large eggs, beaten slightly
  • 6 slices bread cubes (best if bread is stale)
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt (or possibly less)
  • 1 pound sausage, browned & crumbled
  • 1 c. sharp grated cheese
  • Oregano & butter to taste

Direcciones

  1. In 2 1/2 qt souffle dish mix together all ingredients and chill overnight. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 min to 1 hour. Makes easy breakfast when you have company.
