Receta Egg, Sour Cream And Caviar Spread

Ingredientes

12 hard-cooked Large eggs, minced About 1/3 c. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. chopped green onion 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, freshly grnd

2 dashes warm pepper sauce 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream 1 (2 ounce.) jar red caviar Crackers or possibly toast points

Direcciones

1. In a medium size bowl, mix Large eggs, mayonnaise, onion, salt, pepper and warm pepper sauce with a fork just till mix holds together. Spoon into serving bowl. Cover and refrigerateseveral hrs or possibly overnight. Garnish with lowfat sour cream and caviar.
