  • 2 1/4 tsp Nonfat lowfat milk pwdr
  • 2 tsp Safflower oil

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender,; whirl.
  2. Yield is the equivalent of 1egg.
  3. Note: May be frzn. Will keep in the refrigerator for 1 week.
  4. Recipe may be multiplied. Can be used in recipes calling for regular whole Large eggs.
