Ingredientes

  • 1 c. cornmeal
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 tbsp. melted shortening

Direcciones

  1. Sift and mix together the dry ingredients. Add in lowfat milk and shortening. Pour into greased muffin pans and bake in a moderate oven, 350 degrees, for 30 min. I use skim lowfat milk and butter to cut out cholesterol.
