Ingredientes

  • 200 gm sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 140 gm (5 ounce) self-raising flour
  • 60 ml melted butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 x level tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Direcciones

  1. Sieve the flour, baking pwdr and baking soda together.
  2. Mix the ingredients together, add in 75ml water and beat well.
  3. Grease and dust a 6 inch diameter cake tin. Pour the mix into the prepared tin and bake in the pre-heated oven at 400F for 10 mins.
  4. Thereafter reduce the temp to 300F and bake for a further 10 mins. Cold the cake.
