Receta Eggnog Cream Puffs

- Soften gelatin in water. Heat 1 c. eggnog over low heat to simmering point, add in gelatin and stir till dissolved. Remove from heat, add in remaining 1 1/2 c. eggnog, rum and vanilla. Refrigeratetill partially set. Whip cream till stiff; fold into eggnog mix. Mix in cherries and chocolate. Refrigeratetill mix mounds when minced from a spoon. To serve split cream puffs and fill with eggnog filling. Garnish as desired.
