Ingredientes

  • 1 pt of brandy
  • 1 pt of light rum
  • 12 x Large eggs, separated
  • 1 lb Confectioner's sugar
  • 1 1/2 quart of lowfat milk
  • 1 pt of heavy cream

Direcciones

  1. Beat the sugar in with the egg yolks. Stir in slowly; brandy, rum, lowfat milk and cream. Refrigeratewell. Stiffly beat the egg whites. Fold the egg whites into the eggnog mix. Don't serve with ice. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
