Ingredientes

  • 10 x frzn white dinner rolls vegetable oil for deep frying
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. grnd cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine, melted

Direcciones

  1. Thaw dough at room temperature for about 2 hrs or possibly till soft and pliable.
  2. Heat oil in electric skillet or possibly deep fryer to 375 . Combine the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl and set aside. Stretch each piece of dough into a flat ear shape. Fry a few at a time for 1 to 1 1/2 min per side or possibly till browned. Drain on paper towels. Brush with butter and sprinkle with the sugar mix.
  3. Makes 10 servings.
