Ingredientes

  • 4 whl Garlic bulbs
  • 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Emeril"s Essence see * Note

Direcciones

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Combine the garlic, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and Essence together on a sheet of aluminum foil. Fold the edges of the foil together to create a tent and roast till tender, for about 40 min.
  2. Squeeze the cloves out of the bulb and make a paste. It will keep 2 to 3 days with a little extra virgin olive oil in the refrigerator.
