1 Tbsp. Dry thyme
1 Tbsp. Dry marjoram
3 Tbsp. Grnd cumin
2 Tbsp. Grnd allspice
3 Tbsp. Paprika
1 Tbsp. Garlic pwdr
2 tsp Celery salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. Salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. Grnd black pepper
Direcciones
In a bowl, combine all spices. Stir and store in jar with tight fitting lid.
NOTES : Makes 3/4 c.. Excellent for pork ribs or possibly chicken.
