Ingredientes

  • 1 x ancho chili, stems & seeds remove boiling water
  • 2 med tomatoes, minced
  • 1 x red bell pepper, minced
  • 1 sm onion, minced
  • 2 x cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp dry marjoram
  • 1/8 tsp grnd allspice vegetable cooking spray
  • 1 x bay leaf salt, to taste

Direcciones

  1. Cover ancho chili with boiling water in small bowl; let stand till softened, 10-15 min. Drain.
  2. Process ancho chili, tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, garlic, marjoram, and allspice in food processor or possibly blender till almost smooth.
  3. Spray small skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat till warm. Fry sauce and bay leaf over medium heat till thickened to a medium consistancy; throw away bay leaf and season to taste with salt. Serve warm.
