Ingredientes

  • 1 med Onion, minced
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 lb Grnd beef
  • 1 Tbsp. (scant) flour
  • 1 can Tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper Corn Chips Cheese, grated Lettuce Tomato, diced

  1. So - since I am still trying to learn how to export formatted recipes, I will have to send one which is not formatted. This dish has been my old standby and the answer to "what can I possibly fix in such a short time"
  2. for 30 years. It originally was in a Military Wives Cookbook back in the and has been passed on to all the members of our family.
  3. Saute/fry onion and garlic; add in meat and brown. Stir in flour till absorbed; add in tomatoes and seasonings. Simmer for 30 min. Put corn chips in casserole. Cover with layers of meat mix, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.
  4. Yield 4 servings.
  5. Note: Recipe is flexible More people coming than you anticipated Add in a can of tomato sauce (with 2 tsp. of sugar), and/or possibly a can of chili beans, or possibly double the recipe.
