Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Coarsely grated sharp Cheddar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Each of flour & butter to Form a roux Worcestershire sauce Salt & pepper
  • 2 tsp Dry sherry Tabasco
  • 2 x Muffins, split & toasted

Direcciones

  1. Heat lowfat milk in pan. Stir in cheese & thicken with roux. Stir mix over medium heat till thick. Add in remaining seasonings to taste.
  2. Serve over muffins.
