Ingredientes

  • 2 stk butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. Brown sugar
  • 3 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 lb Candied cherries, minced
  • 1 lb Candied pineapple, minced
  • 1 lb Dates, minced
  • 6 c. Pecans, minced
  • 1/2 c. Buttermilk
  • 3 x Large eggs, well beaten
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Allspice
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Cloves
  • 1 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Cream butter & sugar. Add in Large eggs. Sift dry ingredients together and add in alternately with lowfat milk to sugar/butter/Large eggs mix. Pour batter into minced fruits and nuts. Mix. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet and bake 25 minutes. in a 300 degree oven. Don't burn.
