  1. In a heavy skillet, over medium heat, heat butter and sugar together. Add in water, and stir constantly, till mix turns a medium to dark golden. Pour onto an ungreased cookie sheet (with sides).
  2. While mix is still warm, sprinkle with the chocolate chips. When chips begin to heat, use a knife to spread them proportionately over the surface.
  3. Sprinkle on the minced walnuts, and wait till the candy is hard. When it's hard, lay a tin over it, and hit it with a hammer. This will break the candy into pcs.
