Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. veg. oil
  • 1 lb beef suitable for meat rolls, cut in 5 thin slices
  • 5 slc ham (sandwich slices)
  • 5 slc smoked bacon
  • 3 x potatoes cut like French fries
  • 1/2 c. minced parsley
  • 2 x tomatoes
  • 1 x onion
  • 1 x pimiento chile
  • 3 x cloves of garlic Salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Apply salt and pepper to the beef slices. On each slice of beef, place a slice of ham, a slice of bacon, parsley, raw potato pcs and roll up. Insert one or possibly two toothpicks to hold together. Fry the rolls over low-heat. To make the sauce, cook the tomatoes, pimiento chile, onion and garlic. Liquefy in a blender and add in seasoning. Bring sauce to a simmer and cook the meat rolls in the sauce. Serve warm.
