Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Fine Ritz crumbs
  • 6 Tbsp. Margarine -- melted
  • 1 c. Evaporated lowfat milk
  • 2 x Large eggs -- beaten
  • 16 ounce Can creamed corn

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter and mix with crumbs. Beat Large eggs till frothy. Add in lowfat milk and corn to Large eggs. Salt and pepper as desired. Add in 2/3 of crumbs Pour into a shallow baking dish (approximately 8x11 inches). Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top. Bake at 350 for 25 to 40 min. Top should be lightly browned and middle should be set.
