Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Butter, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced shallots
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. Champagne or possibly white wine
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp Brandy
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 pch Pepper
  • 36 x Snails and shells

Direcciones

  1. Mix, but don't whip, all ingredients except snails. Heat mix in large skillet. Add in snails and simmer 10 to 15 min, allowing liquid to cook into snails. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put small amount of butter mix into bottom of each shell. Insert snail using end of fork. Top with additional butter mix. Continue till all shells are filled, placing them in flat baking dish as they are completed. Pour remaining butter mix over snails and heat till bubbling, about 10 min.
