THIS IS A RECIPE WE USE WITH SALMON, FISH AND CHICKEN, IT IS NOT TOO MUCH SALT, YOU DON'T TASTE IT THE SALT MAKES THE SEASONING GO ALL THROUGH THE POTATOES AND CORN. ITS HOT AND ITS HARD TO STOP EATING IT.

Ingredientes

  • 2 LB.SMALL NEW POTATOES
  • 4 QUARTS OF WATER
  • 1/3 CUP SALT
  • 4 TABLESPOONS CHACKBAY CRAB BOIL
  • 4 EARS OF CORN
  • 1/2 TSP PEPPER CORN

  1. IN A 4 QUART POT OF WATER ADD SALT, CHACHBAY CRAB BOILAND PEPPER CORN. BRING TO BOIL WITH VENTI-HOOD ON, PUT THE NEW POTATOES IN UNTIL COOKED. ADD CORN AND COOK 3 TO 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL THEY ARE ALSO COOKED. POUR OFF WATER, USE A FORK NOT FINGERS TO EAT,THEY ARE HOT BUT GOOD,. LOTS OF THINGS CAN BE ADDED TO THIS RECIPE LIKE FISH, SHRIMP, SAUSAGE, AND GREEN BEANS. THE CHACKBAY CRAB BOIL IS A GOOD SEASONING, BUT ANY CRAB BOIL CAN BE USED. SLICE AND PUT ON GRILL-A SMOKER TO ADD FLAVOR , THEY WILL BE JUICY NOT DRY.
