Ingredientes

  • 7/8 c. water
  • 3/4 tsp cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 c. bread flour
  • 1/2 c. rye flour
  • 1/4 c. oat bran
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. white sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • 1 tsp dry chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 tsp active dry yeast

Direcciones

  1. Place the ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select Normal setting, an then press Start.
  2. Makes 1 - 1 lb. loaf
  3. NOTES : This is a black bread recipe for bread machines.
