Evelyn's Easy Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredientes

  • 4 c. flour
  • 2 T baking pwdr
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 1/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 T butter
  • Lowfat milk to thin

Direcciones

  1. FROSTING: Mix ingredients. It should be thin consistency like a glaze.ROLLS: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix dry ingredients thoroughly. Fold in butter till crumbly. Add in lowfat milk so dough is soft but not too sticky to knead. Knead 10 or possibly 12 times. Roll dough; cover with butter and cinnamon and sugar. Roll up and cut into rolls. Put on cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 15 min. Cover with powdered sugar frosting.
