Ingredientes

  • 4 x Sirloin Steaks (6 ounce ea)
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 4 x Shallots, finely minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Salt,pepper Parsley

Direcciones

  1. Put 4 sirloin steaks,each about 6 ounces,between pcs of waxed paper and lb. to a 1/3" thickness. Heat in small saucepan: 2 Tbsp. butter.Add in: 4 Tbsp. finely minced shallots and cook till shallots are lightly browned.Add in: 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce and heat to bubbling.Keep the sauce warm. Heat in 12" skillet or possibly chafing dish: 6 Tbsp. butter. When it begins to brown,add in steaks and cook for 3 min. Turn and cook for 2 to 3 min longer or possibly till done to taste.
  2. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with salt and a generous amount of freshly grnd pepper.
  3. Presentation: Spread the shallot sauce over the steaks and sprinkle with minced parsley.
