Ingredientes

1 lrg Paw paw, (papaya), halved, peeled and sliced into cubes 4 x Kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into cubes 125 gm Strawberries, halved (4oz)

1 x 400 gram pac prawns, defrosted 1 x 15 grams pac chives, finely minced 1 x Lemon, juice of

Direcciones

1. In a salad bowl combine the fruit and prawns.
2. Pour the lemon juice over the salad and sprinkle over the chives. Refrigeratefor 10 min before serving.
3. Notes Delicious served with cottage cheese or possibly half fat creme fraiche.
4. NOTES : An exotic combination of seafood and fruits with a tangy dressing.
