Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 x Eye of round roast, (2 to 3 lb)
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Chopped garlic
  • 1 can Beef broth
  • 12 ounce Dark beer

Direcciones

  1. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Dredge roast in flour mix. Heat oil in Dutch oven. Brown roast in warm oil, searing all sides. Add in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer till tender, about 1 1/2 hrs.
