Ingredientes

  • 2 pt (4 c.) fresh or possibly thawed, frzn blueberries
  • 1 tsp all purpose flour
  • 1/3 x -c. sugar Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 c. butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. all purpose flour Dash of salt Vanilla ice cream or possibly frzn yogurt

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place blueberries in an oiled 8-inch square bake dish. Add in flour, sugar, & lemon juice, mix well.
  2. To make topping, in food processor combine all ingredients. Using off-on pulses, process till crumbly. Or possibly combine ingredients in a bowl, using a pastry blender, cut in butter till crumbly. Sprinkle topping over blueberry mix.
  3. Bake till berries are bubbly & top is lightly browned, about 35 min. Cold on a wire rack 15 min, then spoon into dishes & top with ice cream.
  4. Serves 6
