Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb :
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 c. white bread flour
  • 1 Tbsp. dry lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. pumpkin, canned
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp grnd ginger
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 c. pumpkin seeds, roasted
  • 2 tsp active dry yeast or possibly 1 teaspoon fastrise

Direcciones

  1. Be sure to use plain canned pumpkin, not the pie filling!
  2. Remove bread pan; attach kneading blade.
  3. Place all ingredients in bread pan in order listed.
  4. Insert bread pan, close lid and plug in.
  5. Select bread type (Oster) : Press select till the number 8 is displayed (Sweet Bread cycle).
  6. Press start. Bread will be done baking in the number of hrs indicated.
