  • 1/3 c. Brown sugar -- packed
  • 1 x To 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Nuts -- coarse chop
  • 1 Tbsp. Shortening

Direcciones

  1. Bake family cake as recipe directs (recipe in this group of recipes)
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in order shown. After cake has cooled slightly, spread with cocoa mix. Place in broiler with surface of cake about 4 inches from heat source. Broil till frosting bubbles. WATCH CAREFULLY to avoid scorching.
  3. Yield: One 8-inch square cake
