Family Favorite Lemon Bars

I'm a lemon bar junkie & these are awesome!

Ingredientes

2 c flour
1/2 c pwd sugar
1 c butter (do not substitute)
1/2 tsp salt

4 eggs
2 c sugar
1/2 tsp baking pwd
4 TBSP flour
4 TBSP fresh squeeze lemon juice (do not substitute)
Rind of 1 lemon, fine grated

Direcciones

Mix & pat the first group of ingredients into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 min.
Mix the second group of ingredients and pour over crust. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min. or until lightly brown on top. Sprinkle with pwd sugar. Let cool & serve.
