I was cleaning out my recipe files yesterday and came across this great recipe from a friend. My friend got the recipe from a book of family favorites which her MIL combine--a great way to preserve family traditions!

1 lb broad egg noodles, cooked, rinsed, and liquid removed

1 pt lowfat sour cream

1 lb container small curd cottage cheese

1 lrg package cream cheese (8 ounce)

6 x Large eggs

1 c. butter, melted

1 1/3 c. sugar

2 tsp vanilla extract Cinnamon to taste Raisins to taste (golden brown raisins are best)
