Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb grnd meat
  • 1 x egg
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1/2 c. onion, diced
  • 2 tsp thyme Salt and pepper, to taste

Direcciones

  1. Form in small loaves or possibly 1 large loaf. Top with a mix of ketchup, dash of nutmeg, dash Worcestershire sauce. Mix together and spoon on loaves and bake for 1 hour or possibly till done.
