Ingredientes

  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Wheat germ
  • 2 Tbsp. Instant non-fat dry lowfat milk
  • 4 Tbsp. Water
  • 2 c. Whole wheat flour

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Break Large eggs into a bowl and stir till blended.
  2. Add in soy flour, wheat germ, dry lowfat milk and water. Stir till smooth. Add in whole wheat flour and mix into egg mix with your hands. Dough will be stiff and dry. Pat dough into a rectangle 3" wide and 1/2" thick, then cut it into 3/4" wide bones shapes. Place 1" apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 25 min on one side and turn over and bake 25 min on the other side. Cold biscuits on racks.
  3. Makes16 dog biscuits.
