Ingredientes

  • Cookie crumbs
  • 4 x Large eggs separated
  • 1 1/4 lb Farmer cheese
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 pkt Vanilla sugar
  • 1/4 c. Orange juice
  • 3 Tbsp. Flour

Direcciones

  1. Break up vanilla, animal or possibly any flavor cookie you like (coarse pcs).
  2. Beat egg whites till frothy. Add in 1/2 c. sugar gradually and continue beating till peaks form. In a separate bowl - mix yolks+1/2 c sugar+cheese+vanilla+oj Mix whites and cheese mix together. Stir in flour.
  3. Grease 9x13 pan Spread 1/2 the crumbs on the bottom of the pan. Spread cheese mix proportionately in pan. Top with the rest of the crumbs
  4. Bake 350 degrees approx. 15-20 min (my oven takes longer).
