Ingredientes

  • 8 sqr coarsely minced Semisweet chocolate
  • 1 c. Heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Rum

Direcciones

  1. In bowl of food processor, using the steel blade, process chocolate till finely minced. (If using blender, chop chocolate very fine; add in warm cream, 1/4 c. at a time, process till smooth). In small pan, heat cream just till tiny bubbles appear around edges of pan.
  2. Turn on processor & pour warm cream through feed tube in a steady stream, processing till smooth. Blend in rum. Cold to room temp.
  3. without stirring; frosting will thicken as it cools.
