Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Flour
  • 1 c. Quick oats
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 x Egg whites
  • 1/3 c. White karo syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 c. Raisins

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven 325-275 (try lower 1st). Spray cookie sheets with spray. In large bowl combine dry ingredients. Stir in all but raisins and mix well.
  2. Add in raisins and drop by teaspoonsful onto cookie sheets. Bake 10 min
