Ingredientes

  • 1 c. mashed potatoes
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 c. (8 ounce) shredded American or possibly Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Salad oil for frying

Direcciones

  1. Put together ingredients except oil; mix well. Pour about 2 inches of salad oil into a saucepan or possibly skillet and heat to 375 degrees. Drop batter by tbsp, 4 or possibly 5 at a time, into the hot oil. Fry 3-4 min or possibly till golden. Serve immediately. Yield: about 24 puffs.
