Ingredientes

  • 1 c. flour
  • 4 lrg Large eggs
  • 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk Healthy pinch of salt
  • 1/2 stk melted butter
  • 1 x basket strawberries, with berries hulled and cut into ball shapes
  • 1 c. melted lowfat milk chocolate
  • 1 x basket fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 stk unsalted butter
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar Grated rind of 1 orange
  • 1/3 c. orange juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/3 c. Grand Marnier or possibly Cointreau A few cut strawberries

Direcciones

  1. For crepes: Place ingredients one at a time in a blender and blend at high speed for 10 seconds. Heat a crepe pan on medium high till warm sufficient to sizzle a drop of water. Brush lightly with clarified butter and pour 2 Tbsp. batter into center. Spread in pan. Cook both sides, 10 seconds each side. Remove from pan, stacking crepes atop each other if serving same day. If not, stack crepes, separating each one with a piece of wax paper; chill or possibly freeze.
  2. Makes 21 crepes.
  3. For meatballs: Dip strawberry balls in lowfat milk chocolate. Let set in refrigerator till hard.
  4. For red sauce: Blend berries and sugar on medium speed in blender till still a bit chunky. Set aside.
  5. For pasta seasoning: In a large skillet, bring all 'seasoning' ingredients except cut strawberries to a boil. Reduce heat. Add in cut strips of pasta (crepes) and a few cut strawberries. Stir fry to heat through. Put in large pasta bowl.
  6. Drizzle with red sauce. Garnish with meatballs.
