Receta Favorite Deviled Eggs
by Turnips2Tangerines

Every one has a Signature Dish~ That special dish that your known for, that only you make, everyone raves about it, and your asked to bring it to every party or family get together. Your Signature Dish is that special dish that has your name stamped on it~

My Signature Dish Is Deviled Eggs~ I have been making deviled eggs for over 30 years. I started making deviled eggs, way back when I was first married. Money was tight back then and making deviled eggs was an inexpensive "dish to pass" Plus, no one else ever brought deviled eggs! Being very young, only 19 years old, and naive, I must say, I felt a little sophisticated, bringing "Deviled Eggs"to a party:)

Over the years, I have made so many deviled eggs, and for so many different occasions. The minimum number of deviled eggs I bring to a party is 60. That is; 2-1/2 dozen hard-boiled eggs, cut in half, yolk scooped out, and each half re-filled with filling! Literally, A Sea of Deviled Eggs:) The fun part, was having to transport the deviled eggs....many times I would have to do some damage control when I arrived at the party! I still use the same 4, Harvest Gold Tupperware Deviled Egg containers, that I have been using for 30 years!! Recently I bought this domed covered egg tray, it holds 24 deviled eggs, the cover locks in place and has a handle! Yippee!!
