Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Betty crocker date bar mix
  • 2/3 c. Warm water
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. Flour
  • 3/4 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 2 Tbsp. Light molasses
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Allspice
  • 1 c. Minced nuts
  • 1 c. Raisins
  • 1 c. Red/green candied cherries

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 325F. Grease & flour 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan. Combine date bar mix and water till crumbly. Add in Large eggs, flour, baking pwdr, molasses & spices.
  2. Mix in nuts & cherries; pour into pan. Bake 80 min or possibly till toothpick comes out clean. Cold.
