Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. + 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil Minced garlic, to taste
  • 1 sm Can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 lb Prosciutto, sliced thin, in small pcs
  • 1 sm Can mushrooms
  • 1 sm Can diced carrots
  • 1 med Can artichoke hearts, in water or possibly oil
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 1 tsp Parsley Salt, pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 pt Cream (light cream or possibly half-and-half) Grated cheese
  • 1 lb Fettuccine

Direcciones

  1. In a pot, saute/fry garlic in extra virgin olive oil.* Add in all sauce ingredients, except cream and cheese. Simmer while pasta is cooking in a separate pot.* When pasta is done, add in cream to sauce.* Place liquid removed pasta on a platter. Pour sauce over pasta and toss.* Serve with grated cheese.
