Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Nonfat cottage cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Buttered-flavored Butter Buds
  • 1/2 c. Evaporated skimmed lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp Chicken-flavored bouillon granules
  • 1/2 tsp Dry basil
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 dsh Red pepper
  • 1 pkt (12 oz) fettuccine, cooked with out salt or possibly fat

  2. Combine first 8 ingredients in container of an electric blender; process till smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.
  3. Pour into a saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, till thoroughly heated. Toss with pasta, and serve immediately.
  4. Makes 6 servings
