Fettuccine Alfredo (Lighter Version)

Ingredientes

  • 1 lb fresh linguine
  • 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. light cream
  • 1/2 c. freshly grated parmesan cheese

Direcciones

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add in the pasta and cook till it is tender but still hard to the bite, about 3 min. In a saucepan heat butter, add in lowfat milk and then whisk in cornstarch over medium heat till lightly thickened. Add in pasta to the saucepan and toss. Add in light cream, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper, nutmeg to taste. Toss and thicken more. Serve immediately.
