Receta fettuccine with bacon and leek

- in large skillet over medium head, add the bacon and cook until crispy. remove the bacon from the pan and reserve
- remove half of the bacon fat. and add the leeks and cook until soft about 5 min
- while the leeks are cooking cook linguine. Drain linguine reserving 1/2 c pasta water
- add the bacon back to the leeks, add the pasta water and reduce to a sauce , add linguine and toss into the sauce
