Fettuccine with Spinach & Feta Crumbles in a light Lemon-Butter Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 16 ounces Fettuccine Pasta
  • 8 ounces cooked chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese Crumbles
  • 2 fresh Lemon Juice only
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. In a pot of salted boiling water add fettuccine pasta and cook per package instructions, drain
  2. In a saucepan on low heat add lemon juice, butter and stir to mix
  3. Have chopped spinach cooked and ready to add to Fettuccine in a large mixing bowl
  4. Add lemon/butter sauce, feta cheese crumbles, toss gently and serve.
