Ingredientes

  • 3 c. Heavy cream
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/4 lb Dry prosciutto
  • 1 1/2 c. Minced spinach Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Direcciones

  1. This is not authentic Florentine, but it sure is good. The recipe comes from Julie Dannenbaum's "Italian, Fast and Fresh." REDUCE CREAM TO 1 1/2 C.. Heat butter in a large skillet. Saute/fry prosciutto, 1 minute. Add in cream and minced spinach and cook till thick sufficient to coat a spoon. Season with salt and pepper and add in Parmesan cheese.
  2. Makes sufficient for 1 poundpasta.
