Squid ink sauce 50gr

Direcciones
- Method:
- Sautéed the leeks julienne with the olive oil, the parsley yhe onion and the garlic, salt and pepper After that add the white vellutata stir very well and use the sauce to sautéed the fettucine
- Serve this pasta with squid ink sauce under the pasta.
- SQUI INK SAUCE
- Make a roux with 100gr butter ,60 gr flower and 1 lt of fish juice .Seasoning with salt and pepper and at the end add a nut of butter.
