Receta Fiesta Ranch Roasted Red Potatoes Recipe
If y’all like roasted potatoes, your going to love them when you toss them in the Fiesta Ranch dressing mix first. You know the one. Hidden Valley Ranch’s mix. I have tried them with the regular ranch mix, but I love the bit of spice the Fiesta Ranch mix brings.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. red potatoes, washed and quartered
- 1 packet Fiesta Ranch Dressing Dry Mix
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a large bowl add the quartered potatoes and drizzle with the olive oil.
Add 1/2 of the envelope of Fiesta Ranch mix and salt, and toss well to coat each potato piece evenly.
Spray a baking sheet (cover with foil for easy clean up) with non stick cooking spray and spread out potatoes evenly on sheet.
Bake in oven until potatoes are cooked through, and edges start to turn dark brown, approximately 35-45 minutes. (toss around half way through)
